1. Basic policy
We generally do not provide refunds for user-side reasons after a credit purchase or subscription payment. However, a credit return or refund may be appropriate after our investigation of a system failure, duplicate charge, failed generation process, or similar issue.
2. Matters eligible for credit-return review
The following cases are eligible for credit-return review:
- Image generation did not complete due to a system error
- A job failed and its result was not saved
- Credits were consumed but no generated result is available
- The same job may have run more than once
- There is a clear issue with payment or credit reflection
3. Cases generally not eligible for refunds or returns
The following cases are generally not eligible for a refund or credit return:
- The generated result does not match the user's preference
- Composition, expression, line work, dialogue placement, character depiction, or similar qualities differ from expectations
- The user wants to regenerate after changing the input
- Regeneration due to differences in an AI model's expression or interpretation
- Issues caused by the user's network, device environment, or operational error
- Suspected Terms violations, misuse, or use that infringes third-party rights
4. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel a subscription in the app or through the payment-management screen. After cancellation, the service may remain available until the end of any already-paid period.
Unused credits included in a monthly plan generally do not carry over to the next month. The number of credits granted after renewal, available features, and treatment after cancellation are as shown in the app.
5. How refunds are issued
When a refund is approved, it is generally processed through the payment method used for the purchase. Processing by the payment service, card issuer, or financial institution may delay when it appears.
